Recently, I noticed that if I click on the Data Analysis Toolpak in Excel 2013, it doesn't LOAD the dialog box with the list of standard statistical operations, such as ANOVA, Regression, etc. Add-Ins is listed at the bottom of the left-hand column. This add-in enables you to quickly create the histogram by taking the data and data range (bins) as inputs. I use Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 in windows 8.1.
